New patients are always welcome. Our staff will be pleased to assist you in any way possible and all efforts will be made to accommodate your schedule. Our regular office hours are Monday from 1pm until 6:30 pm, Wednesday from 9am until 6:30 pm and Fridays from 9 am until 4:00 pm. We are also available by appointment on Saturdays for Cosmetic Dermatology services only: Botox®, fillers, laser treatments, medical facials and chemical peels. Insurance payments are not taken for Saturday appointments.
If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 24 hours notice. This courtesy, on your part, will make it possible to give your appointment to another patient.

If you have insurance through a company that we have contracted with, we will bill your insurance company for the visit. We will require a copy of your insurance card and a driver's license. All co-payments, co-insurances and deductibles are due at the time of visit, no exceptions. You will be responsible for any services denied by your insurance carrier as not medically necessary and/or not covered. We accept the following credit cards:
It is very important that your doctor have your up-to-date address and phone number. In case of an emergency we must be able to contact you. Please make sure the receptionist is aware of any changes. Also, please make sure we have both work and home phone numbers and another emergency contact number if possible.
