New patients are always welcome. Our staff will be pleased to assist you in any way possible and all efforts will be made to accommodate your schedule. Our regular office hours are Monday - Friday.

Saturday appointments are available for Cosmetic Dermatology services only: Botox® Cosmetic/ Dysport, fillers, laser treatments, medical facials and chemical peels.

Emergency Appointments

If you are having a skin emergency or feel that a mole is changing, we accept same day appointments. You can call or simply walk in our office during our office hours. Please know that we are likely to be busy and that you will have to wait, however rest assured that your problem will be taken care of and we will be happy to see you if you truly feel your problem is urgent.

NOTE: if your problem life threatening, you must go to the nearest emergency room

Cancellations

If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 24 hours notice. This courtesy, on your part, will make it possible to give your appointment to another patient.

Aesthetician Cancellations

Since all treatments are reserved for you, we ask that you be considerate about “no shows.”. We try to confirm all appointments one day prior. In the event you have to reschedule or cancel your appointment, we require that you notify us 24 hours in advance. If we do not receive this notification, you will be charged for the Aesthetician service or $100, whichever is less. Billing & Payment

Insurance Coverage
If you have insurance through a company that we have contracted with, we will bill your insurance company for the visit. We will require a copy of your insurance card and a driver's license. All co-payments, co-insurances and deductibles are due at the time of visit, no exceptions. You will be responsible for any services denied by your insurance carrier as not medically necessary and/or not covered. We accept the following credit cards:

Updating Records

It is very important that your doctor have your up-to-date address and phone number. In case of an emergency we must be able to contact you. Please make sure the receptionist is aware of any changes. Also, please make sure we have both work and home phone numbers and another emergency contact number if possible.
