New patients are always welcome. Our staff will be pleased to assist you in any way possible and all efforts will be made to accommodate your schedule. Executive/VIP Appointments
Designed for the busy executive, international patient or VIP who requires an appointment that is punctual, private, focused, and without interruptions. A private waiting room as well as a private entrance and exit are available for these sessions, complete with a fully stocked skincare pharmacy to serve most of your needs. The 30-45 minute consultation includes a complete skin examination to screen for skin cancer, and will allow the necessary time for addressing all of your concerns and questions, both medical and cosmetic. These appointments are available by appointment only. We do not take insurance payments for these appointments. To learn more about our Executive/VIP Appointments, please download our Executive Appointment Policy or call or email for more information.

Available by appointment only:
Monday – Friday: 7:00 am - 9:30 am, 1:00 pm - 2:00 pm
Saturday: 10:00 am - 12:00 pm

Emergency Dermatology Appointments
We take the emergency needs of our patients seriously. If you require immediate attention due to a changing mole or other skin emergency, we do accept same-day appointments. You can call or simply walk in from 9:00 am to 11:00 am, or 2:00 pm to 3:30 pm. Though you should expect to wait to be seen by a provider, rest assured that you will be seen. Should your problem be life threatening, we strongly recommend you go instead to the nearest emergency room for help.

Cancellations
Since all treatments are reserved for you, your appointment is considered confirmed when it is made and it is your responsibility to remember your appointment.

$50 Cancellation Fee
If you are unable to keep an appointment, please provide us with at least a 24-hours notice. This courtesy, on your part, will make it possible to give your appointment to another patient. There is a $50 fee for all missed appointments, or appointments that you reschedule or cancel within 24 hours of your appointment time. No exceptions. We will make every effort to confirm all appointments on the day before they are scheduled. For your convenience you can cancel or reschedule an appointment by calling, emailing or texting.

Example: If your appointment is at 12:00 pm, you must cancel or reschedule before 12:00 pm on the day before your appointment. To avoid misunderstanding, our staff is trained to constantly remind you of our policy.

Insurance Coverage
If you have insurance through a company with which we have contracted, we will bill your insurance company for your visit. We will require a copy of your insurance card and a driver's license. All co-payments, co-insurances and deductibles are due at the time of visit. You will be responsible for any services denied by your insurance carrier as not medically necessary and/or not covered. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express. If a service was denied or not covered, all balances must be paid with our Easy Pay Form, kept in your medical file.

Please keep in mind that it is your responsibility to know the benefits provided by your insurance company. It is not our responsibility to know the nuances of each insurance plan. Please call them in advance if you are uncertain of your coverage. We provide a lovely conference room that is available to you for private phone calls with your insurance company.

Plans we accept:
•  Aetna
•  Avmed
•  Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO
•  Cigna
•  Great West
•  Humana
•  Medica
•  PHCS
•  Tricare
•  United Health Care (except Secure Horizons)

Updating Records
In case of an emergency, it is very important that we have your current address and phone number on file. Please make sure our receptionist is aware of any changes to your contact information. Be sure to provide both work and home phone numbers, and an emergency contact number. Occasionally we have to get a hold of you for biopsy results, and require three methods for reaching you.
